Preparing for an emergency

Flooding, loss of power, fuel shortages, a chemical leak… how would you cope in an emergency situation?

If there is a major emergency affecting a large area, police, fire and ambulance services will attend to the most vulnerable first. Being prepared and knowing what to do in an emergency can limit its impact on you, your family, your business and your community. The more people who are prepared the easier it is to recover from an emergency situation.
